MySpaceHub is run by Felament Ltd ("we", "us"), a property management and refurbishment company based in Dunstable, England. This policy explains how we handle personal data for visitors to myspacehub.co.uk, including anyone who joins our waitlist.

What we collect

At this early stage, MySpaceHub is a waitlist landing page. If you sign up for early access, we collect the name and email address you give us. As the product develops to serve landlords, agents and tenants, we expect to collect further data needed to manage tenancies — for example contact details, property addresses, repair reports and tenancy documents. We will update this policy before that data is collected.

How we use it

We use waitlist details only to let you know when MySpaceHub is available and to ask for feedback while we build it. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your details.

Where it's stored

Waitlist data is currently stored in Google Sheets and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both are reputable providers with their own security and privacy safeguards, but data may be processed outside the UK/EEA as a result.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until MySpaceHub launches or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to tell you what we hold. To do so, email info@felament.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set essential cookies needed to serve the page securely.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as MySpaceHub grows beyond the waitlist stage, and will note the date of the latest change above.
